Late Arrival Policy
We know your time is precious, and so is ours! To make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We totally understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer a 10-minute grace period. If you’re running late, just give us a quick call at 573-864-4399 to let us know. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to respect our other clients and staff. Thanks for your understanding—we can’t wait to see you!

Cancellation Policy
We get it—life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We do keep a credit card on file, and we’ll only charge a $50 fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or don’t show up. No hard feelings, but no exceptions to this policy, either. Please give us a heads-up, and we’ll be happy to work with you. Thanks for understanding!

Appointment Requirements
For bridal appointments, we do require a scheduled time, and each appointment is 60 minutes, so make sure everyone in your group arrives on time to make the most of it! We want to give you all the attention you deserve, so being punctual is key.
For formal dresses, no appointment is necessary—feel free to drop by whenever! We’re excited to help you find the perfect look!
