It is important you read our Sales Policy. The act of placing your order and supplying us with your credit card is your acceptance of our sales policy & terms/conditions.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

RETURN POLICY: "All Sales are Final ... No Returns, No Exchanges, No Exceptions".

When placing an order online or in store with Vows Bridal and Formal you can be confident that you will receive an authentic dress in the size and color that you request. (Please consult the correct vendor size chart to determine the size you would like to order).

 All orders are Final Sale. This is the same policy we employ in our store. we do not give refunds, we do not take returns, we do not make exchanges and we do not give store credit on any orders. We do not accept cancellations on orders for any reason. We will not be responsible for you ordering the incorrect size, style or color. Dresses fit each person differently depending on different body types. We recommend ordering the size that will accommodate your largest measurement. Alterations may be necessary to attain the best fit. Alterations are never included with purchase. It is your responsibility to order the correct size, color and style.

If you choose to Pick Up in Store, you will be contacted via phone call, text message, and/or email when ready for pick up. Pick Up In Store orders must be picked up within 10 business days after notice. If an order is not picked up in that time frame for any reason, the order/dress/product will result in a non-refundable restocking fees of 100% of the full order (restocking fee cannot be reversed, no exception).

Orders cannot be cancelled.Orders (online orders/purchases or in-store orders/purchases) that are sent back to Vows or to the designer via UPS or USPS or any other carrier (for both USA and International orders), for any reason, will incur a 100% restocking fee (restocking fee cannot be reversed, no exception).Reasons included, but are not limited to, the customer did not accept the package(s) or did not pick-up the package(s) at a UPS or USPS postal location (Return to Sender, including UPS access point, PO box, etc...), or if the order is sent to Vows or the designer by the customer for any reason, the order/dress/product will result in restocking fees of 100% of the full order (restocking fee cannot be reversed, no exception).

All dresses are inspected staff prior to leaving our store. We are not responsible for the condition of the dress once it leaves our store. Please be assured that we respect and protect your privacy.
